When do the Travel Excellence Awards open for nomination?
The 2020 Travel Excellence Awards is open from 1 Mar 2020 to 30 Sept 2020.
How do I nominate our organisation to be considered for an award?
You may submit your entry here.
What are the entry fees?
Successful nominations will be charged an entry fee of USD580 per category. The entry fee will be fully refunded if the nomination is rejected.
What will successful nominees receive?
You will be sent the Travel Excellence Award Nominee Emblem for the category that your property/attraction/activity has successfully entered. You will also be given the licence to use the emblem in your marketing materials.
How will successful applicants know that their nomination has been accepted?
Nominees will be informed via email within 3 working days on the result of your application.
What happens after a nomination has been accepted?
A digital copy of the Travel Excellence Award Nominee Emblem for the relevant category will be sent to you immediately. Our inspectors will then proceed to evaluate your property/attraction/activity anonymously.
How is a property/attraction/activity evaluated?
Evaluation is based on a list of objective criteria relevant to the category under which your organisation has been nominated for.
When will I know if our organisation has won the award?
You will be informed of the result of the evaluation within 30 days.
What is the cost of the Winners Package and what will winners of the Travel Excellence Awards receive?
You will be required to take up the Winners Package of USD1,280 per category once you have been notified of your win. The Winners Package includes:
  • Prestigious title of “Winner of Category Awarded”
  • Licensed use of the Travel Excellence Awards logo
  • A Travel Excellence Award Certificate
  • A Travel Excellence Award Winner Label
  • Inclusion in the winners list featured on Travel Excellence Awards website, alongside fellow elite travel brands
  • A short description of winning property/attraction/activity on Travel Excellence Awards website
